1 Scope
This part of ISO 4545 specifies the method for the calibration of reference blocks to be used for the indirect verification of Knoop hardness testing machines as specified in ISO 4545-2.
The method is applicable only for indentations with long diagonals W 0,020 mm.

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用重新起草法修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO4545-3:2005《金屬材料 努氏硬度試驗(yàn) 第3部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊的標(biāo)定》(第二版),在文本結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)內(nèi)容方面與ISO4545-3:2005一致。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO4545-3:2005的技術(shù)性差異及其原因如下:
——?jiǎng)h除了ISO4545-3:2005的前言,重新編寫了前言;
——關(guān)于規(guī)范性引用文件,本部分做了具有技術(shù)性差異的調(diào)整,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)的技術(shù)條件,調(diào)整的內(nèi)容集中反映在第2章“規(guī)范性引用文件”中,具體調(diào)整如下:
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T3505代替ISO4287(見3.6);
● 用等同采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T13634代替ISO376(見4.4);
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T18449.1—2009代替ISO4545-1:2005(見4.5b)﹑第5章和附錄B);
● 用修改采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的GB/T18449.2—2012代替ISO4545-2:2005(見第1章、4.1﹑附錄B的B.1);
——將既不可能是誤差也不可能是不確定度的不合實(shí)際的指標(biāo)0.02μm 修改成最低分辨力為0.05μm(見4.6);
——國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO4545-3:2005原文中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬度塊的均勻度符號(hào)為“U”,易與測(cè)量不確定度的符號(hào)混淆,本部分用符號(hào)“J”表示見7.1和表1);
——?jiǎng)h除了參考文獻(xiàn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與ISO4545-3:2005相比存在技術(shù)性差異,這些差異涉及的條款已通過(guò)在其外側(cè)頁(yè)邊空白位置的垂直單線(∣)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)示。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還做了如下編輯性修改:
——用“本部分”代替“ISO4545的本部分”;
——用中文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“.”代替英文的小數(shù)點(diǎn)符號(hào)“,”。
